so, it's just under a month away.
one month.


i have so much to do in the next month: room to clean, bags to pack, goodbyes to say.

this feels so much more dramatic and huge than it really is. it's a year away, one i really need. not the end of my life. still, it's huge for me... and i'm a dramatic person.

so, elizabeth officially has a plane ticket.

i leave on the 24th of august, on a direct flight (vancouver-amsterdam).

also, e. provided some sage packing advice: apparently, i ought to take less than i think i need, because, hello, the netherlands has malls too.

i'm starting to freak out! in the best possible way, of course.
